When you reach the corner office in your career what you have been dreaming all these days, how do you feel yourself? Fully accomplished? Top of the world? Dizzy heights? You ceratinly feel proud that at last you are merited for your past performance. Your past sucess is fully rewarded. Seem to have reached your destination. People are looking at you with wav feeling...You are greeted, garlanded, cards, messages, guests wishing, clients parties......all stops after some time. Suddenly you are left alone. No one is following. Till yesterday you had a team working with you. Now the same team is keeping some distance. You have pressure on Targets, budgets, starategies, deliveries, all demanding decisions from you. There is no one to help you. They give the information and stop short there. AS CEO you have make or unmake. It is your decision, your direction, your direct responsibility. The large room on the top is occupied by you alone. We shall see how you undetake this journey alone.
