This exercise will not only help you identify accomplishments for your resume and cover letter, it will assist you with interview preparation.
STAR
Situation: The interviewer wants you to present a recent challenge and situation in which you found yourself. Task: What did you have to achieve? The interviewer will be looking to see what you were trying to achieve from the situation. Action: What did you do? The interviewer will be looking for information on what you did, why you did it and what were the alternatives. Results: What was the outcome of your actions? What did you achieve through your actions and did you meet your objectives? What did you learn from this experience and have you used this learning since?

Excellent!Following the STAR approach will definetely a lot of clarity.
This with personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis will help you to get clarity in writing your resume. It IS possible to use SWOT analysis to self. Just think about it. If you recognize your Ws and Ts you know what not to write and what to write, don't you think?
we should be well prepared for the interview ,first of all we should be very bold, confident, and active and we should not lose our confidence .
