Nice post.A job loss is perhaps the best time to do some self introspection and prepare ourselves for a better future.
I'm sorry but I find this talk all a bit airy fairy you just have to face facts you've lost your job and you better get another one fast all you'll become long term unemployed like me and have so called cv experts cussing you about your long term unemployed status, meanwhile trying to wangle 140 quid out of you.
After night there is day and after winter there is always summer. Like you said it yourself this is just a phase and it will pass away soon.
I agree with the statement stated above that job loss is really a difficult situation.so we should be bold enough to face the situation.a job loss is perhaps a better time to participate in other activities like doing other courses like horse-riding,mountaineering and skiing.
