Typical Performance Appraisal Process

Every employee in any organization is being continuously evaluated. In some cases the parameters for evaluation are very objective and can be easily quantified. In the case of a Sales Executive, revenue and margins are easily determined and could be the parameters against which performance is measured. In other cases performance cannot be directly quantified, leading to a lot of subjectivity, though it is always argued that appropriate measures are in place for every job. For example, in the case of large software projects, it becomes very difficult to ascribe the quality and performance of the application to a specific individual’s performance. In such cases it becomes extremely important to understand the performance measurement parameters clearly.

Who will be your coach?

Your coach will be a Corporate Professional with extensive experience in conducting Performance Appraisal discussions at various levels.

We look at your CV, goals for the year as well as the draft of the self review. Once we have them all, we will schedule a 30 minutes call to go over the self review. We work from Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM India Time. We will call your preferred number (this facility is available only in India) at the agreed time slot. The Coaching process will last approximately for 30 minutes. A document critiquing the self review along with constructive suggestions to improve will also be sent after the call.
